    I have tried several times to convince myself to shoot in RAW but have never gotten the benefit you describe (I use PS, so this may be the error in my execution). A friend, photographer Ralph Velasco, made a similar argument to me several months ago when he found out I’m still opting to shoot directly into jpg files…

    I’m intrigued enough to go back and try once again…thanks for the motivation.
